Summary: Cas was pretty sure he hadn’t done anything to warrant Dean’s rage - he hadn’t scratched the paint on his motorcycle or teased his brother or done any of the millions of things that Dean Winchester got pissed about - but this was the school rebel, the troublemaker, the attitude problem with legs, and he was walking up to Cas. So yeah, Cas was freaking.

I swear to you now there is not one thing I do not like about this fic. 

It is, to date, the best, sweetest, most realistic, more heartbreaking and simultaneously heart warming thing I’ve read in the High School AU pool. Ever. Considering there are only twenty thousand precious snowflake like words the pacing is spot on, the plot succinct and yet effective, the characterisation spot on and there’s even some damn hot sex - first time AND shower. 

For me the most perfectly written moment is the coming out of both Dean and Cas. Because it’s written from both boys points of view in alternate you get to see both experiences and it’s just…yeah. You have to read it to really understand but boy…from the romance to the narrative to the speech there isn’t a thing I’d change. Throw in some lovely John/Mary, some cute Sam and Anna being a BAMF…dear God. #dead.

Take note Destiel fans. This is how High School AU is done.
